This book was SOOO irritating to read. The actual story line is good...I did tear up several times, BUT I usually always tear up whenever anybody talks about that horrible day. I just couldn't get over the writing style. It was just so scattered and hard to follow. I also had issues with the grandma's letters to her 9 year old grandson. Seriously....he DID NOT need to know every intimate detail of her life. Sorry. What the heck happened to Mr. Black?? I do not feel complete after reading this. I feel empty..and mad.Ah well...I had high hopes for this book :(
